This is my absolute favorite Tilapia recipe. It's crazy quick and has the most scrumptious flavor. I love the taste of the Parmesan cheese and fresh lemon juice atop these fillets. And since grilling is my favorite way to prepare fish, broiling this Tilapia gives it that almost "seared" flavor. Superb!!

Reviews: Broiled Tilapia Parmesan ... With the tilapia being hot when adding it, it melted. I think next time I'll try putting the topping on the tilapia before broiling.

This was really good, but I had problems with the topping staying on the tilapia. With the tilapia being hot when adding it, it melted. I think next time I'll try putting the topping on the tilapia before broiling.

I have made this maybe 3 times in the past 2 weeks.. I didn't want to broil it because I wanted time to make sides so I baked it on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I also had a little left over parmesan miz so I tossed some shrimp in it and put them on the same pan... both absolutely wonderful... a fav for hubby and 2 1/2 year old son! I made it with mashed potatoes, crescent rolls and rice.
